With staycations on the rise and more than 13 million* UK trips expected to be taken this year, we have prepared a list of our favourite classic British dishes to accompany any trip. From homemade mushy peas to a cranberry and beetroot chutney topping, we’ve got you covered come rain or shine.  

Whether you’re crabbing along the Norfolk coast, basking on the beaches of Cornwall or hiking on the Welsh hills, the opportunity to enjoy a hearty meal is a staple for any great staycation  

Fish and chip supper with Homemade Mushy Peas and Mint
