Notable for being home to The Fens, the lowest point in the UK that is nine feet below sea level, the Eastern region of the UK is a vast area filled with historical Hidden Gems. A mammoth skeleton, the most complete in the world was found here, as well as fossilised footprints nearly 900,000 years old, the oldest evidence of early humans outside of Africa. What might you discover when you set off on your Shortlist adventure?

We’ve collated the top five Eastern Hidden Gems submitted by Pork Farms fans and tourist boards, now you have to go and find them yourselves to be in with a chance of winning Pork Farms vouchers.

How to use your Shortlistist:

First off, download and print out the bucket list of our top five Hidden Gems by clicking the link below.

Then, we want you to pack up a picnic (don’t forget your Pork Farms goodies!) and spend the Summer discovering each Hidden Gem on the list, and what better way to spend time with your loved ones than getting out and about in the fresh air?

When you visit each place, be sure to take a picture of you there to be in with a chance of winning Pork Farms vouchers. When your bucket list is complete, submit all of your photos via social media using #HiddenGems

And once you’ve visited all the places on your Shortlist, don’t forget to vote for your favourite to help its chances of being named Britain’s Best Hidden Gem.
